Dale is passionate about offering a safe and encouraging collective for therapists to do their best work. She believes strongly in the importance of psychotherapy for our communities and that therapists must be cared for in their organization or practice as diligently as the clients, in order for clients to receive the best possible care. If you are a trauma-informed therapist who believes in using evidence based therapies (e.g. DBT, MBCT, IFS, ACT) and engage in regular professional development, she would love to hear from you!
