Dale is a comprehensively trained DBT Therapist who currently offers DBT informed Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other evidence based models of therapy.
Dale works with adults offering virtual psychotherapy, using warmth and humour in her work, to build genuine relationships with her clients. Her primary goal is to provide you with a safe and trusting space to explore your needs and goals, supporting you to access your strengths and teaching you evidence based skills and techniques to make the changes you are looking for in yourself, your relationships and your life. Dale has a passion for teaching strategies to help individuals reduce their suffering, enhance their well-being and increase their experiences of happiness and contentment.
Dale has worked in multiple hospital, education, family health team and community mental health settings conducting adult and adolescent therapy groups, family support groups and family and couples support sessions in addition to providing individual therapy with children, youth and adults. Dale is passionate about mental health services and is committed to helping you navigate any challenges you’re facing.

Dale received her Masters in Social Work with a clinical specialization in Mental Health and Health from the University of Toronto and completed her internship training in Toronto at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic, where she trained comprehensively in DBT. Dale takes her commitment to professional practice and yearly development seriously and has pursued continued professional supervision and training in many modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focuses Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness.
