Megan uses humour, warmth and empathy to create a safe space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and situations that may be causing distress or difficulties. She works with each client to create a specialized care plan, based on your goals, and using evidence based models of treatment so that you can have the most effective therapy.

She has worked in multiple social work settings providing group, family, and individual therapy to children, teens and adults. Megan uses an integrated model for therapy using her training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems.

Megan completed her Masters Degree in Social Work with a clinical specialization in Children and their Families at the University of Toronto. She values learning and prioritizes ongoing training and development as a clinician. She is currently completing her certification to become a Clinical Traumatologist.
