Nancy’s passion is working with adults of all ages and stages, supporting their journeys as they encounter life’s inevitable changes and challenges. She offers virtual psychotherapy geared to each individual’s needs and goals. Nancy uses her genuine compassion, curiosity (and even humour), to establish a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore the adjustments and changes you want to make in your life. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, Nancy will help you develop and build on existing skills to help you move toward your goals, and achieve more peace, personal wellbeing and life satisfaction.

Nancy has a career spanning 30+ years in a variety of settings including health care, community mental health, and education. Nancy received her Masters of Social Work at the University of Toronto, where her focus was on mental health support for individuals and families. Throughout her career, she has actively pursued ongoing professional development in areas such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Grief and Trauma.
